These terms and conditions govern the agreement between Wish Upon A Party Co and our clients regarding the booking and provision of our entertainment services. By making a booking with us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Entertainment Services
As part of our dedication to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, it's important to note that our insurance coverage is tailored specifically for entertainment purposes. While we strive to create a fun-filled atmosphere, it's essential to clarify that our insurance does not extend to childcare services. Therefore, we kindly request that a minimum of two responsible adults be present to supervise the children throughout the entirety of the event. This precautionary measure not only helps maintain a secure environment but also allows our entertainers to focus on providing engaging and memorable experiences for all attendees.

2. Booking and Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your date and party. If you cancel your booking within 14 days of the event, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Rescheduling of a booking is at our discretion. If permitted, the funds paid for the initial event will be held to cover the new date, and a rebooking fee of $100 is payable to cover our losses for the initially reserved date.

3. Payment
Following the initial deposit payment for your party, you'll receive an invoice from us. This invoice outlines the remaining balance and must be settled in full no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled date of the party. This ensures that all financial arrangements are completed well in advance, allowing us to focus on delivering the best possible experience for your event without any last-minute concerns.

4. Location Confirmation
As part of our commitment to ensuring a seamless and successful event, Wish Upon a Party Co. undertakes the responsibility of confirming the location of each and every event we cater to. This step is crucial in our preparation process as it allows us to ensure that our performers are in the right place at the right time. By confirming the location of your event, we aim to provide you with peace of mind resulting in a memorable and enjoyable experience for all involved.

5. Wet Weather Plan
As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring the success of your event, we kindly request that all clients who book our party services have a contingency plan in place for inclement weather, particularly for outdoor events. While we always hope for clear skies and sunny days, unpredictable weather can sometimes impact outdoor gatherings. Having a backup local plan prepared for wet weather ensures that your event can proceed smoothly, regardless of any unexpected changes in conditions. This proactive approach allows us to adapt quickly and seamlessly, ensuring that the entertainment and enjoyment of your guests are not compromised in any way.

6. Covid Policy
In the rare circumstance of a comprehensive lockdown mandated by Public Health Orders, we want to assure you that our cancellation policy will be adjusted accordingly. In this situation, where circumstances are beyond anyone's control, we will waive our standard cancellation policy, and any payments made will be promptly refunded to you. This adjustment reflects our commitment to fairness and understanding during unprecedented times, ensuring that you are not financially burdened by circumstances beyond your control.

7. Damages and Liabilities
As part of our commitment to providing high-quality entertainment services, we want to ensure that all aspects of your event run smoothly. Therefore, we kindly remind our customers that they are responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during the event, including any damage sustained to our performers' costumes. In the unfortunate event of damage, the customer will be held financially accountable for any required repairs or replacements. This policy serves to protect the integrity of our performances and equipment, as well as to uphold our standards of professionalism.

8. Use of Photographs and Videos
As part of our commitment to showcasing the wonderful experiences we create, we may capture photographs and videos during your event for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms. These images and footage serve to highlight the joy and excitement shared by attendees and reflect the quality of our services.However, we understand and respect your privacy concerns. If you have any objections to the use of photographs or videos featuring you or your guests, we kindly ask that you inform us in writing before the event.

9. Service Denial
In order to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone involved, we uphold the authority to refuse service to individuals whose conduct or actions could potentially compromise the safety or overall enjoyment of our performers, other attendees, or guests. This policy serves as a protective measure to maintain the integrity of our events and prioritize the well-being of all participants.

10. Safety and Well-being
In order to prioritize the safety and overall well-being of everyone involved in our events, we kindly request that parents or guardians refrain from vaping, smoking, or consuming alcoholic beverages in close proximity to our performers. This policy aligns with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) guidelines, which emphasize creating a healthy and hazard-free environment for all individuals. Additionally, we ask that all pets be properly secured during the event to prevent any potential disruptions or safety concerns. By adhering to these guidelines, we strive to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants.

11. Special Requests
As part of our dedication to providing personalised and tailored services for your event, we aim to accommodate your special requests to the best of our ability. However, it's important to acknowledge that despite our efforts, there may be certain limitations to what we can offer. While we will make every endeavor to meet your needs and preferences, it's essential to recognize that Wish Upon A Party Co retains the ultimate discretion in making final decisions regarding service customization.

12. Allergy and Sensitivity Disclaimer
Wish Upon a Party Co. is not responsible for any children's sensitivities or allergies to products such as temporary tattoos, cheek glitter, glitter spray, or bubbles.
13. Flexible Party Itinerary Disclaimer
Please note that the party itinerary is flexible and may change based on the children's interests and the timing of activities. Children can be unpredictable, and some activities may take longer or shorter depending on their engagement and nature ​
